The device is a tape measure that straps to the handle of your fishing net for immediate use when needed. The retractable soft tape safely measures fish up to 36 inches/90 centimeters. The Handi-Measure enables the catch-and-release angler to measure fish without removing them from the water. Fish are measured by cradling them underneath the net while still partially submerged.
