Browning Lightning Bipods Highlight New Shooting Accessories for 2005

Hunting- New offerings in Browning's diverse line of shooting accessories for the avid outdoorsman include the new Lightning Bipods, Diana Grade extended choke tubes, Broken Birds™ bags/pouches and Mirage camo tape. New Lightning Bipods. Browning's new Lightning Bipods are engineered to be lighter, stronger and faster into operation than other bipods.
They deploy quickly with the pull of a spring-loaded trigger. The pivoting head adjusts side-to-side over 45° for uneven surfaces and will pan or move front to back.
The new Lightning Bipods feature a low profile design and are constructed of durable aluminum and steel. Four grades will be offered: Grade I has 10" fixed legs, Grade II has 10"- 14"adj. legs, Grade III has 11" - 24" adj. legs and Grade IV has 11" - 32" adj. legs. Weight is 5.8 to 6 oz. Available in blued or stainless finish, Suggested Retail starting at $69.99.
New Diana Grade Extended Tubes. The latest in Browning's line of Invector-Plus™ choke tube line, the Diana Grade Extended tubes are constructed of stainless steel barstock and heat treated prior to machining. They feature a Titanium nitride surface that is 72RC hardness for excellent wear and reduced plastic build-up. They have perfect concentricity to provide superior patterning. Available in 12 gauge in Full, Improved Mod., Mod., Light Mod. IC, Skeet, Cyl. and Spreader. The 20 and 28 gauge will not be offered in Cylinder or Spreader. New Broken Birds™ bags and pouches. Browning's new Broken Birds shooting bag is constructed of padded 600 denier polyester fabric with a double zipper pull, three exterior pockets and expandable empty shell pocket. Available in black, Suggested Retail, $29.95. A Trap and Empty Shell Pouch feature heavy-duty PVC mesh with zippered bottom, adjustable belt and ear and eye protection pockets. New Mirage Camo Tape. Browning's new Mirage Self-Adhesive Camo Tape conforms to the contours of any object. The natural latex rubber sticks to itself and not the object, is reusable and leaves no residue when removed. It improves grip and insulates hands from cold surfaces, is weather proof and protects against abrasions. Mirage Camo Tape is ideal for firearms, bows and optics. One roll covers 480 square inches. Available in Mossy Oak® Break-Up®, Shadow Grass® and Obsession™ camo, Suggested Retail, $14.95 per roll.
