Fishing Gear - Every so often a new product will enter the market that is so extraordinary it defies adjectives. Silver Thread Fluorocarbon is one of those products. Silver Thread Fluorocarbon is virtually invisible under the water but has excellent visibility above the water. Fluorocarbon material is very abrasion-resistant and possesses great strength qualities.
It can be used where maximum strength is needed, but visibility must be kept to a minimum. Silver Thread Fluorocarbon gives
anglers sensitivity and low-stretch features not found in other
monofilament lines.

Zell Rowland, who has seen a myriad of products enter the market during his 33 years of professional bass fishing, said
Silver Thread Fluorocarbon might be the best of them all. Rowland won the Bassmaster Tour event at Santee Cooper lakes with the second-highest weight total during a Tour event using Silver Thread Fluorocarbon on all of his reels.
“Silver Thread Fluorocarbon is the most incredible line I’ve ever used,” Rowland said. “It is ridiculous how good it is. To me it is almost as sensitive as braided line. It is real close to braid, but without the fish being able to see it. When you catch 30 pounds and you don’t even re-tie and your line isn’t even frayed or nicked that’s incredible!
