Fish Finders - Humminbird Introduces New Performance Fishfinders Series With Highest Resolution Screens

Fish Finder - Press Release

Fish Finders - Humminbird, a world leader in fishfinding technology. The new Fish finder 500 Series features three models focused on the need of the weekend angler, delivering high resolution, high visibility screens, extreme ease of operation, and all with a price tag under $200.

The new top-of-the-line Humminbird Fish Finder 565 features a big 640 vertical by 320 horizontal pixel display to deliver more detailed images of the bottom, fish and structure. 640 vertical pixels is the highest vertical pixel resolution currently available to anglers in a Fish Finder, and is complemented by technology to enhance visibility by means of a whiter background, making it easier to view in all lighting conditions – even the brightest sunlight.

The Fish Finder 565 also packs wide coverage dual beam sonar that utilizes a precise narrow-beam for better bottom definition and extremely with 60° beam for fish identification. Advanced Fish ID+ allows the Fish Finder to identify fish in the narrow beam under the boat as solid symbols, and fish in the wide beam around the boat as hollow symbols or the angler can chose to view raw sonar returns.

The second model in the Fish Finder line up, the value packed Fishfinder 535, features a big 320 vertical by 320 horizontal pixel display with contract enhancement technology, and 20° single beam sonar.

The most affordable Fish Finder model in the line up, the Fishfinder 515, includes a compact 240 vertical pixel display x 160 horizontal and 20° single beam sonar.

All new Humminbird Fishfinder models features 12 level Clear Edge Inverse Grayscale to enhance detail, making even the smallest sonar echoes from baitfish and structure jump off the screen. And with Sonar Echo Enhancement Technology, these new Fishfinders can show a BB at 40 feet and separate targets as close as 2 ½ inches.

Accelerated Real Time Sonar rounds out the Fish Finders list of high performance features with the ability to gather sonar at up to 40 times per second for an instantaneous image of the action under the boat.

Each of the new Fish Finder Series offer a full complement of advanced features, including water temperate ability to view raw sonar or Fish ID+ with target depth, on touch zoom, a large digital readout screen and options to view the bottom in whiteline or as bottom black for high visibility.

The exclusive Humminbird Fish Finder tilting and swiveling Quick Disconnect Mounting System completes the list of essential features. Techsonic Industries, Inc., a division of Teleflex Incorporated, manufactures Humminbird products in the U.S.A.
