Purchase: Fishing Rods I wanted a rod that would make catching even a 5 in. Bluegill an adventure. I bought the rod at Dick's Sporting Goods for about $65.
Things I like about the St. Croix Premier Series 5' Ultra Light Fishing Rods: This rod makes the 8 in. Perch feel like 18 in. Bass. It is small and light, and the sensitivity is amazing, making the Crappie much easier to detect and doesn't rip their lips off.
What I don't like about the St. Croix Premier Series 5' Ultra Light : It's a little difficult to find a quality reel to match it.
Fishing Rods Premier Series 5' Ultra Light quality: It is extremely well-built. I've caught my limit of panfish quite a few times over the past 3 years and it virtually flawless today.
