Purchase: Bought from Cabelas using my Cabelas Visa Bucks . I sold my Leica dual power Duovid binoculars for the Ultravid . The Duovid is a great binocular , as clear and crisp as the Ultravids but I used them on one elk hunt and the size and weight was just to much .
Things I like about the Leica Ultravid: Clearest , sharpest binoculars I've ever looked through , and I've looked through a lot of different brands . The Ultravids are light and compact for a full size binocular . Good ergonomics are another plus also .
What I don't like about the Leica Ultravid: The only minus with these binoculars is the price . $$$$$ They are expensive !
Ultravid quality: Top of the line , none better in my opinion .
Ultravid summary: I've owned Zeiss and Swarovski , but the Leicas come out on top .
