Purchase: Broadheads thee average cost for most of the rocket aeroheads is 19.99 per 3 nib. i have shot rocket steelheads for about 5 years now and have enjoyed them so much that i asked to become a part of the rocket aerohead team and this year i was accepted into the fold and am now a member of the rocket hunting staff. the steelheads to me is the back bone of rocket and will be so from now on. the single unit stel ferrele the helical axis that the blades take to help in penetration. well worth a look for anyone.
Things I like about the rocket aeroheads steelhead 100 and 125 grains Broadheads: what i like about the steelhead is that you can shoot them out at any speed and expect success. i have shot them out of a longbow at 45 lbs@28 inch draw and they still opened when moving thru the target with complete opening. so you short draw and lower poundage bow shooters can also give the rocket steelheads a try. if your shooting the 100's you have a 1 1/8th in. cutting diameter and for the 125 grain a 1 1/4 in. cutting diameter. the heads will look almost like the average field point when closed so spine won't change on your arrow.
What I don't like about the rocket aeroheads steelhead 100 and 125 grains: i myself have not found anything in particular that would make me want to leave the rocket line for any other broadhead. the one thing people had talked about was out of the package sharpness but it seems they have been working on them and the ones i am shooting now are much sharper than before, but i still touch them up out of habit.

steelhead 100 and 125 grains summary: for me and many others there is nothing like a rocket steelhead for taking any animal anywhere in the usa and in north america. the quality of the work is outstanding and improving all the time. the company is a great bunch of people who are dedicated hunters as well as broadhead builders. also for you fixed blade shooters the rocket ultimate steel is another fine broadhead to try out.
