Purchase: Trail Cameras (m-s) I bought my IR 60 from Bass Pro Shop, and paid alot for it.
Things I like about the moultrie IR 60 Trail Cameras (m-s): Tripod mounting.
What I don't like about the moultrie IR 60: With 6 batteries unit is very heavy. Water tight seals fail, LCD quit working after one month due to moisture. SD card is hard to retrieve, unit is cumbersome, batteries access door is hard to close.
Trail Cameras (m-s) IR 60 quality: All plastic, screws are hard to unscrew, poor plastic design on door hinge.
IR 60 summary: Absouletly would not buy another unit, I have had four cameras from Moultrie, three have failed within 1 month to 18 months. When you call their customer service, they automatically tell you that you are in for a long wait, I waited over 58 minutes, they recommend you go to their web site to resolove issues, that is not possible on most problems, technical service needs to be involved. The last customer service representative said someone from their company would call me, that was two days ago.
