Purchase: Tree Stands I bought the Summit goliath after my climber that I had used for 10 years was destroyed when a woman drove her car thru my garage. I think it is one of the finest stands made. I bought it from a dealer off EBay and paid $250
Things I like about the summit goliath Tree Stands: I like everything about the stand. It's easy to use and light very well assembled and extremely lightweight.
What I don't like about the summit goliath: that i didn't buy one earlier.
Tree Stands goliath quality: the construction is aluminum with an excellent cable locking system and appears to be top of the line.
goliath summary: i really think i made an excellent purchase I am a large man and this stand is very comfortable and easy to operate. I have used several brands of climbers(open front, closed and cable systems and other types) i really prefer this stand. the goliath is easy to climb especially with the climbing stirrups by summit.
