Broadheads Manufacturer: Grim Reaper Broadhead 125 grains Grim Reaper Broadhead 125 grains Model: Grim Reaper broadhead Review Category: Broadheads
Purchase: Broadheads purchased from an independent archery store.....@price was $28.00 for three blades...reason for purchase was the advice of the professional at the shop.
Things I like about the Grim Reaper Broadhead 125 grains Grim Reaper broadhead Broadheads: accuracy is great..........mimics field point flight and grouping.
What I don't like about the Grim Reaper Broadhead 125 grains Grim Reaper broadhead: for a person with big fingers it is very difficult to install new blades.there is no type of tool include to allow for tightening the broadhead into the arrow. also the tip comes loose and there is no tool to tighten that either thus risking damage by using a pliers which does not fit the tip.individual blades are difficult to sharpen while on the arrow....if you dont disassemble the blades they are too wobbly to get a good edge if left on the point.
Broadheads Grim Reaper broadhead quality: no issues with construction.
Grim Reaper broadhead summary: All in all pretty good blade but somewhat pricey. Packs could contain some extra replacement blades without having to order separately.
Assembly is somewhat frustrating as the blades move on the "split" ring and actually slip off very easily which makes the assembly a trial and error process.
The individual blades are difficult to sharpen without removing them form the tip.
