Purchase: Broadheads I don't remember the cost, but they were competitively priced. I used them for a while, liked them, then bought a bunch more to stock up.
Things I like about the Rocket Ultimate Steel 100-grain weight, 7/8-inch cut diameter Broadheads: These broadheads have a steel ferrule, which makes it stronger than the aluminum (Wasp and Muzzy)I shot before. The steel holds up well to practice shooting and remains straight and true where the other aluminum ones tended to bend.
I have shot deer and had these broadheads penetrate shoulder blades before entering the vitals and passing through the other side. Durability and penetration is second to none.
What I don't like about the Rocket Ultimate Steel 100-grain weight, 7/8-inch cut diameter: It is difficult to hold the broadheads all together during assembly. I learned to do it, but it takes a little care.
Broadheads 100-grain weight, 7/8-inch cut diameter quality: These broadheads are very simple and durable. I think they are of high quality. Blades come very sharp.
100-grain weight, 7/8-inch cut diameter summary: These broadheads are dependable, fly well, penetrate well, and kill game reliably. What else would you ask for? The ferrules hold up to the constant abuse of practice with the broadheads, withstanding shots into foam targets and (old) 3D targets time and time again. Sometimes the blades bend sufficiently to fall out after taking a hit to a rock or something solid, but the other two blades usually stay in.
