Purchase: Broadheads Purchased for $39.00 at Dicks. With the NAP shrink fletch vanes (2")I couldn't get my Muzzy's to fly consistent. Rather than re-fletching I decided to try the Rage 3 Blade expandables.

What I don't like about the Rage 3-Blade Expandable Broadhead 3-Blade: I highly recommend you Don't buy the 3-Blade Rage, get the 2-blade. The mechanism to hold the blades in the locked position was not sufficient for the pack that I had and the blades deployed prior to impact causing me to miss. I sent mine back to the manufacturer with a note and will never buy the 3-blade again.
That said, I was somehow convinced by a friend to spend another $40 on the 2-blade. MUCH BETTER mechanism to hold the blades in place, wicked wound hole, great arrow flight, all around awesome broad heads.
Broadheads 3-Blade quality: For the price, the blades are not quite as sharp as Muzzy's out of the box. The blades upon close inspection look like they were cut with a plasma cutter then not cleaned up. Meaning there is sort of jagged/rough cuts on the non-sharpened edges of the blades. Doesn't really affect the performance. Otherwise, they seem to be well constructed with the exception of the mechanism to hold the blades together during flight.
3-Blade summary: Don't buy the 3-blade, your wasting your money. Do buy the 2-blade they are awesome and you will be amazed by the quick clean kill and massive blood trail that will be left. I could stop my summary right there, but the website won't let me submit unless I wright 50 words or more.
