Purchase: Bass Lures Baits I bought this particular bait in a sampler Package years ago by mail order. I paid 4.95 for the package of four. Since then I have replenished my supply many times over from Norman lures.
Things I like about the Bill Norman Deep Tiny N Bass Lures Baits: It is the right size for the lake I'm fishing and the species of fish I'm catching.
What I don't like about the Bill Norman Deep Tiny N: The hooks were too small at first but wouldn't tangle. When the installed larger hooks they would tangle which was a very distubing problem especially when a fish took the bait.
I corrected the problem by installing a wire hook hanger between the bill and the original hanger.
Bass Lures Baits Deep Tiny N quality: Construction is plastic and the quality is good but sometimes developes water leaks.
Deep Tiny N summary: Ten years ago I was fishing salt water in Texas.
When I retired we moved into central Texas knowing I was giving up the large numbers of fish that I was used to catching. This was a great problem as my wife and I both are avid fisherpeople.
Our ranch is within 55 mi. of O.H.Ivie lake in the center of the state. At first we fished it frequently but with average results. We fished all available rivers that was close but with no better results. Then we found this city lake that was much closer and due too the high cost of fuel we fished it all the time. We found the bass fishing to be fair but the bonus fish turned out to be drum.
That's where the tiny N. comes in. Reeled slowly just bumping the rocks we found huge numbers of sporting fish all on the Tiny N. There were days when fishing alone I have caught as many as thirty five with a gross weight of 150 pounds. Then when there were kids in the boat we have caught 53 fish with a gross weight of 200 #s
The size of the bait and it's action contribute to it's appeal. I have tried other baits but none match the Prism Bass Tiny N.
