Purchase: Tree Stands I bought it by mail through company ads. Paid somewhere around $350.00, if I remember correctly. I've hunted with this stand probably 10 years.
Things I like about the Tree Lounge Tree Lounge basic system Tree Stands: I love the way it sits once you get up the tree. (If you climb the right tree) and I feel very safe once I get turned around.
What I don't like about the Tree Lounge Tree Lounge basic system: Noisy, noisy, noisy, setting it up, taking it down and climbing in it. Takes a lot of effort to set up, and strength. This stand aint for sissies. I especially don't like the way you have to almost disengage from the stand once you get up the tree. It's kind of scary turning around into hunting position. Setup procedure is somewhat complicated.
Tree Stands Tree Lounge basic system quality: Construction and quality of the stand is second to none. Absolutely top notch. I wouldn't be afraid to put three people on it if they would fit.
Tree Lounge basic system summary: If you want a stand that's light and portable, buy something else. This stand is made to set up and leave in the woods for extended periods of time, coming back to the stand when you want to hunt the area it's in. If you want to make a quick morning hunt, better be in the woods at least an hour before daylight, (with a good flashlight) so you'll have time for the woods to settle back down from all the comotion of setting it up and climbig the tree. If you're one who sits all day long, this one's for you. Very comfortable.
