Purchase: Hunting Bows My first compound. Bought as a package unit (minus hard case) from local shop here in Tarpon Springs, FL ($440 w/tax.) Why I bought it? I wanted to get my son involved in something we both can do.
Things I like about the PSE Deer Hunter Hunting Bows: Good entry price, camo color is nice.
What I don't like about the PSE Deer Hunter: Arrow rest: Stock one is horrible, Whisker Biscuit here I come.
Hunting Bows Deer Hunter quality: Construction and quality are very nice.
Deer Hunter summary: After final set up of 27" draw I ended up with 57lbs worth of draw weight. Within 30 arrows I was dialed in on a 3-D whitetail at 20yards! For not shooting in over 20years I'm very happy. Even better is that the son and I are in the back yard daily practicing on getting better!
