Bowtech Admiral Bows
Bows Manufacturer: Bowtech Bowtech Model: Admiral Review Category: Bows
Purchase: Bows After many trials of Bowtech, Matthews and Fred Bear - bows, I finally purchased the bow that I thought had everything I desired for hunting whitetail deer. Living in Minot, ND and not having access to a Cabela's store, that I had to make a purchase from Scheels Sports store. I paid $769.99 before tax.
Things I like about the Bowtech Admiral Bows: I believe that this bow is one of the quietest and most shock-free of all the bows that I tried out. The hand grip was thin, comfortable and ideal for hunting because of the shortness of the bow from axle to axle. The bow shoots at a very zippy 312 fps - IBO with a 350 grain arrow (at #70) and is still quite forgiving.
What I don't like about the Bowtech Admiral: Thus far, I have no regrets in purchasing this bow, except for the fact that I don't want to stop shooting it.
Bows Admiral quality: The construction of the bow is high tech and very strong. The manufacturer of this bow put a lot of thought behind every detail, thus making the ultimate hunting bow. One of my favorite features of the bow is the carbon rod string stop that provides more shock absorption and noise suppression.
Admiral summary: After I bought the Bowtech Admiral, I had no second thoughts about the other bows that I had shot. There are many bows on the market that boast fast arrow speeds or ultimate quietness or forgiveness, but I feel that the Bowtech company has combined all of these qualities to make the ultimate bow. This is the bow for me and will be my hunting partner for a long time to come.
