Purchase: Trail Cameras I bought the unit at a local wal-mart for $100. I bought it because the price was more in line with my budget.
Things I like about the moultrie game watcher 4.0 Trail Cameras: The price was the first thing I liked about this unit. The unit is easy to set up and the directions are simple to follow. Picture quality is good. I use the laser pointer to set up the correct location for the camera
What I don't like about the moultrie game watcher 4.0: The supplied cords are not adequate. Wish it came in camaflouge color at the same price
Trail Cameras game watcher 4.0 quality: The case and camera are made of durable platic and is water proof. Stronger cords would benefit. I use the tabs on the corners to lock my camera to a tree.
game watcher 4.0 summary: I suggest using a 1gb sd card, go ahead and get an extra one. Read any tips that you may find to help know where to place the camera. If the camera is facing north/south, then you may avoid "white out". I use small chains and locks to secure my camera to the tree. The more resolutions, events, and number of shots, will affect how long your batteries will last. Just experiment! Lots of fun for the family to watch the animals in the wild.
