Fred Bear Instinct Bows
Bows Manufacturer: Fred Bear Fred Bear Model: Instinct Review Category: Bows
Purchase: Bows I bought this bow to serve as the back up for my x force, but it soon became my primary bow after I felt how comfortable it was to shoot. I bought it at Sportsmans Warehouse. and I got a good deal on it.
Things I like about the Fred Bear Instinct Bows: It has a very good back wall not spongie at all, its very smooth on the cam over and is very comfortable to hold on a animal. I liked this bow alot but was never happy with Bear's reputaion but it turned out to be a very good bow.
What I don't like about the Fred Bear Instinct: The hand shock was bad and the vibration and hand shock were rough off the get go. But I shoot on Bowjax staff and so I put my bow jax all over it. It is the smoothest quietist bow I have ever shot. Its a little on the heavy side also. The limbsavers that came on it didnt do much I would put the BOWJAX monster jax on its a %100 difference.
Bows Instinct quality: The paint falls off easy and the limbs are a little shifty but besides that its a great bow.
Instinct summary: bottom line I would recomed this bow to shooters of all ages and abilities. I was more than happy with it and I even sold my 800 dollar x force to shoot this bow. With a few upgrades and I reccomend BOWJAX it will be one of the nicest shooting bows you will hold for under $400.
