Purchase: bought the tomkat from the local outdoor store and paid $700 for complete pacakge w/ arrows, case, release etc.
Things I like about the Bowtech Tomkat: great product easy to shoot user friendly.
What I don't like about the Bowtech Tomkat: To me at 70lbs the bow does seem to be fast.
Tomkat quality: well built
Tomkat summary: great bow for the novice as well pro. price is fair.
For the beginner this is a great bow to get. It already has the quiver installed and is very easy to remove and not a big design. The hostage rest is great cam maneuver and arrow wont fall off.
