Purchase: Hunting Bows I bought the bow at the Bass Pro Shop in Indiana; the staff was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase. The price I paid was $299. I came with sights, arrow rest and quiver. I have not bought a new bow since 1991, so it was time for an upgrade.
Things I like about the Fred Bear Element Hunting Bows: The bow is a great deal. It is very accurate; I have been putting five arrows in a one inch diameter, from 20 yards. I bought the bow last year for Christmas; after a few hundred arrows fired I realized that the string was getting chewed up on the bottom cam. I called Fred Bear Archery; and a very helpful customer service department told me to send the bow in. A week later I had my bow back with new string and cam, plus a few extras!! like a limb saver and string silencers at no extra charge.
What I don't like about the Fred Bear Element: The letoff is 75%.
Hunting Bows Element quality: It is a good looking bow, built with quality in mind.

I would highly recommend this bow to anyone looking for a great deal with unmatched accuracy. Not only is the bow a great performer; but is backed by one of the biggest names in the archery business. Before you spend big money on some other bow just try one of these out. The bow is fast, quiet, smooth, and it has a great price. Just try one out, you will not be disappointed.
