Scott Rhino Release Archery Equipment
Archery Equipment Manufacturer: Scott Scott Model: Rhino Release Review Category: Archery Equipment
Purchase: I purchase this at a local archery shop after many hours of research. I got it for around $65.
Things I like about the Scott Rhino Release: This release is simple and very functional I don't like most standard caliper releases becuase you have to look down and lock it in then look back up at the animal. I spend 90% of my time on the ground stalking and it adds another step in preparation to shoot. I shoot with a D-loop so I can slide my hand up the string and hook onto the loop without taking my eyes off the animal. In one second I am ready to draw.
What I don't like about the Scott Rhino Release: No dislikes that I can think of. The release is solidly built and is adjustable. I did trade the velcro strap for a buckle strap because the velcro made way too much noise.
Rhino Release quality: The release is smooth and consistent.
Rhino Release summary: Good release for those of you that shoot a D-loop.
