Nikon Prostaff Rifle Scopes
Rifle Scopes Manufacturer: Nikon Nikon Model: Prostaff Review Category: Rifle Scopes
Purchase: After purchasing my new Weatherby 7mm Mag last Feb, I needed something that would hold up to the recoil and affordable (because wife said so!). I shopped till I couldn't stand it no more. Finally ended up at Academy sporting goods and ended up with a Nikon Prostaff 3x9x40. Retail was 199.00 got it on sale for 138.00. Wife was thrilled!
Things I like about the Nikon Prostaff: Clarity is outstanding! I haven't had to make any adjustment after having it bore sighted, not even at 300yds. Excellent scope for the price.
What I don't like about the Nikon Prostaff: There is really only one thing I don't like, and that is a little bit of fogging. Not enough to hinder vision but just enough to know its there.
Prostaff quality: So far the Nikon Prostaff seems to hold up really well to the abuse of my 7MM. I have put 40 rounds on it, and still as acurate as the first time I shot.
Prostaff summary: The Prostaff is one of the most affordable, well constructed scopes I have ever owned. Would defenitly buy another!
