Purchase: I purhased three 6-packs of these broadheads at the end of the 2004 season close-out sale at Wal-Mart in New Braunfels, TX for $6.95 per six pack.
Things I like about the Muzzy 125 grain 4 blade : I was hunting wild hogs from the ground this last May. On Day #2 I was sitting on the ground face to face with two big sows and a very large boar. The larger of the two sows eventually gave me a broadside shot at 15 yards. The muzzy 125 gr four blade hit its mark perfectly passing straight thru the lungs burying the arrow fifteen yards past the animal in the dirt. After the rest of the pigs ran off I inspected the broadhead, (zero damage) the ferrule and tip were fine, the blades had no mal-alignment. One tough broadhead for one tough and potentially dangerous animal.
What I don't like about the Muzzy 125 grain 4 blade : The only slight dislike is that the broadheads don't group precisely with my fieldpoints. However with some sight adjustment the broadhead is accurate out to forty yards (as far a I ever shoot) and group well together
125 grain 4 blade quality: The toughest broadhead around, no doubt. Slammed thru a 240lb pig's thick side shields and burie in dirt without damage!
125 grain 4 blade summary: Toughest and most economical broadhead on the market today. Replacement blades and chisel tips are reasonably priced. Reliable flight characteristics, proven performance and great tasting pork on the table.
