Purchase: I wanted a good quality scope for a good price. I paid 377.00 at Oshman's sporting goods. This was the last one and they gave me a deal. Regular price was 429.00
Things I like about the Zeiss Conquest MC 3x9x40 : The clarity and the warranty. They eye relief is 4.5". This is very important to me since I put it on a 30.06
What I don't like about the Zeiss Conquest MC 3x9x40 : Nothing. This scope is awesome
3x9x40 quality: Seems to be good construction.
3x9x40 summary: I think if you were looking for a good quality scope with an excellent reputation, that you could not go wrong with this scope. Be aware that you must have and MC on the end of the serial number or else it is not designated for the U.S. market and there will be no warranty. Beware of internet sites that do not know anything about the MC on the end of the serial number.
