Top Gun Archery The New Top Gun™ Drop-Away Arrow Rest. Hunting Gear- Top Gun Archery
Hunting Gear- Tucson, AZ – Top Gun Archery
Accessories introduces the new Top Gun™
Phantom™ drop-away arrow rest.
If your arrow falls off the rest while you are
stalking or sitting in a tree stand, you have to remember to slip it back in place
when you shoot. Many game animals get away each fall because in the
excitement hunters forget this all-important step.
Clear thinking isn’t always
possible when a big buck or bull is near. Veteran bowhunters know that
eliminating anything that can go wrong, before it happens, is a big part of
becoming successful.
Top Gun’s new Phantom rest not only contains the arrow until you release
the string, but it also drops out of the way on release. The number one culprit in
poor arrow flight is fletching contact with the rest. The Phantom is a drop-away
rest and eliminates any concerns over fletching contact.
The arrow cradle of the Phantom rest forms a hoop with an opening in the
top that you can drop the arrow through quickly and easily. Because of its
innovative shape, the rest completely contains the arrow even if you lay the bow
in your lap while sitting in a tree stand.
Top Gun Phantom Arrowrest
A cord attached between the rest and your bow’s downward moving cable
rotates the rest against spring tension and raises the arrow to the proper height
when you draw the bow back. On release, the rest drops downward on sealed
ball bearings out from under the arrow so your fletching passes through without
contact. The rounded shape of the rest automatically centers the arrow when
you hold the bow upright to shoot. The Phantom does everything a rest can do
and it does it simply so you are free to focus on the shot.
