Hunting Bows - Loaded with new innovations, the Mathews Ovation is the ultimate bow for when a tournament is on the line. And it comes from the company that won over 90% of all ASA and IBO events in 2003, posting 40 tournament wins vs. only 4 from all other bow brands combined.

The new Ovation comes fully loaded with Mathews innovations that will help put more competitors on more podiums. It features the new ergonomically superior InLine Grip, with a wood inlay that shows the center of the grip in order to better establish centershot. The Ovation features a Ball-Bearing Idler Wheel and the StraightLine HP (High Performance) Cam for the least complex and smoothest shooting performance of any cam ever designed.

Also incorporated in the new Ovation is the V-LOCK™ Zero Tolerance Limb Cup System, featuring a perfectly machined V-shaped “limb pocket” that guides the V-shaped limb into place for a snug, zero-tolerance fit.

Vibration is significantly reduced by both the Harmonic Damping System™ - which places weights on either end of the riser that float in elastic – and String Suppressors™ with “fingers” that reach out and touch the bowstring to further reduce vibration upon release.
